These Terms of Service govern your use of DayNavi, operated by MakeByte (Germany). By using DayNavi you agree to these terms.
DayNavi is a productivity app designed to help adults with ADHD plan and navigate their day. It is a productivity tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use DayNavi.
DayNavi offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro features are available via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices are shown in the respective store at the time of purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use DayNavi in any way that violates applicable law.
DayNavi uses AI (OpenAI GPT-4) to generate suggestions, check-ins, and task breakdowns. AI-generated content is for informational and motivational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs. Do not rely on AI suggestions for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
DayNavi and its content are owned by MakeByte. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.
DayNavi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeByte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DayNavi after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
